Great local breakfast joint with fantastic service.

Steak at least a quarter fat and OLD- visibly brown inside. Potatoes unseasoned - not a grain of salt even. A quickly chopped and deep fried potatoes to save them time or effort. Scrambled eggs greasy and in one giant piece. Steak made me sick.

Service was excellent, atmosphere good, good family restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone.

Traditional simple family restaurant with a good choice of breakfast items served until 11am. We ordered bacon and eggs and sausage and eggs. Everything came out as ordered. Lots of bacon on the plate and the sausage was the large farmers sausage which was very tasty.

If you’re looking for the next hole in the wall, this is not it. Breakfast is pretty good, lunch and dinner is not. Servers are very kind.

A quaint yet comfortable diner with quick service and friendly staff. Reasonably priced delicious home cooked style meals. I visited while in Burlington on business and found it reminiscent of the diners of my home city.

We were visiting the area for a wedding and needed a good local breakfast. The plates were full, the potatoes were delicious and the sausage was huge. We enjoyed our meals and will definitely be going back if ever in the area. Along with the regular menu items they have a All You Can Eat Buffet. It had the normal breakfast items, and some lunch item (Meatballs, Chicken Fingers, Pargogies and roast beef)The decor is a little dated and unfortunately the staff was a little disorganized when it came to seating us. But once the we got our menus it went smoothly!

I have been going here for about 6 years. Staff is very warm and the owner very endearing. It's family run and the personal touch will keep you going back.

Just okay. Good breakfast, lunch is alright (reference photo of Cesar salad). Friendly service. Nothing special about the location or ambiance.

First time there and its like an American breakfast diner...Big portions, good prices, super friendly service, always refilling your coffee....and here’s the best part...they bring the bill without you asking for it! We eat here regularly. Low pressure atmosphere, kid friendly. Lots of parking. Good food, friendly staff, good pricing. Several boutique stores near by so you can get in a little walking after getting the "Grand Slam" breakfast. Be warned, it's a big meal.

Went for breakfast had eggs, bacon, homefries, toast. Which was good. They have lots of other options including a very small buffet. Prices were ok. Lots of parking spaces. However the service was terrible waited for a while for them to realize that we needed a seat then once they got us a seat, they only gave us a fork. Said they had been busy would get us the rest in a bit, coffee came quickly, but I asked for a hot chocolate & the waiter looked confused walked away so asked someone else & they got it, but took a while. My husband had to use the end of his fork to mix his coffee, food came & no knife or spoon ever came so my husband had to get up & go ask for a knife/peanut butter to toast his toast. Remember food great/service bad.

One of our favourite breakfast places, great prices, huge portions, and great coffee. Staff is always friendly and greets you right away! A must try if you haven't been!

Proabaly the worst breakfast I have ever had. Currently feel sick after just leaving. Order their “buffet” and had 1 sausage 1 pemale bacon 1 meatball 1 Perogie and made a order for eggs over medium and toast. Eggs came out soaked in oil with the yolk rock hard, toast had a drop of butter in and so very dry and cold. Couldn’t eat the home fries as they were cold and hard. Honestly should have went to Tim Hortons and got a bagel. If I could give less then one star I would.

Great service, good home style food. If you want a really tasty breakfast then go here. It's probably great at lunch and dinner too. Endless coffee included in your breakfast too. Highly recommended!

It's your typical greasy spoon. Food is average but edible. If you're looking for a salad bar this is about one of the only places that still has one. It's not huge but it's got the most popular items. If you're looking for a no frills meal. This place will do the trick.

Great place to meet friends and have a meal. I have breakfast there every Saturday morning with a friend and we are always greeted by the owner Bobby. It's an all in one package - great food, amazing staff and really good prices! See you all next week!

Didn't get to try their food today. It might be okay to run a place to seat yourself. But that doesn't work when it's really busy. Lack of consideration by customers who come in after you and you're still waiting for a table. A couple came in after my daughter and I and they darn well knew we were ahead of them and waiting for a table to be freed up. The couple took the table that my daughter asked the manager specifically to clear for us. I couldn't believe how rude it was, the woman was uncomfortable because she knew it was wrong what she and her partner did. I know it's only a table, but imagine how this couple gets through life if this is what they do. Karma. My daughter and I ended up sitting next to the rude couple. We ended up leaving and went somewhere else and glad we did. I won't be trying Harvest Kitchen again any time soon. They need to consider a different way to value customers when it's busy.

The food is "pretty good", but the the staff are great and it has a certain vibe that you dont see much of anymore.

Amazing breakfast. The bacon was cooked perfectly. Everything tasted good. The portion for the Slam was great. Totally recommend it. Also, service was friendly and professional.

Great tasty diner breakfast food, huge portions, low prices, hot coffee, great fast and friendly service. You can’t go wrong with this place! Awesome spot for a family breakfast and they also do a nice buffet brunch on Sundays. The pancakes are out of this world delicious comfort food.

Food was good, coffee was fresh. The only reason I would give them 2 star is the setting. The carpets are outdated and dirty, the layout is from 1980s that has never been updated. Inside is dark as well , I personally like to have breakfast in a restaurant with sunlight and refreshing to start the morning!

It's okay but has seen better days. Service was nice and helpful. Food was typical and decent. But place was not so clean and bathrooms good to avaoid. Needs a serious reno.
